Paasora Partner is a mobile application developed and operated by Prestious It Solution. On Google Play and the Apple App Store, Paasora Partner is published by the developer Prestious It Solution under the package name com.paasora.partner. This Privacy Policy explains what information Paasora Partner collects, how it is used and stored, who it is shared with, and the choices and controls you have.
This policy applies to the Paasora Partner app for shop owners and to the Paasora pages on https://prestious.com. Customers use a separate app, Paasora, which has its own privacy policy. By using Paasora Partner, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Paasora Partner lets local shop owners sell to customers in their neighbourhood through the Paasora customer app. It is developed, published and operated by Prestious It Solution, Surat, Gujarat, India, the developer listed for this app on Google Play and the App Store.
With Paasora Partner you can:
In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Prestious It Solution. "You" means the shop owner or person using Paasora Partner on behalf of a shop. "Customers" means people who order from your shop through the Paasora app.
In summary, Paasora Partner collects:
Paasora Partner does not read your contacts, call logs or SMS messages, does not track your location in the background, does not contain advertising SDKs, and does not sell your information.
Your shop name, address area, photos, products, prices, hours and delivery details are public information: they are shown to customers in the Paasora app so that they can order from you.
To keep Paasora safe for customers, shops are verified before and after they go live. For verification you upload:
These documents are used only to verify your identity and your business, to prevent fraud, and to meet legal and payment-partner requirements. They are reviewed only by authorised members of the Paasora team, are never shown to customers, and are never used for marketing.
Please upload only the documents requested. You can mask the first eight digits of your Aadhaar number on the image you upload.
When customers pay you online by UPI, the money is collected through our payment gateway and then transferred to you by the Paasora team. To send payouts, we collect the account holder name, bank account number, IFSC code and, optionally, a UPI ID.
Your bank account number is stored encrypted and is shown only in masked form (last four digits). Bank details are used only to send payouts and may be checked by the Paasora team before payouts begin. We keep a payout ledger of the amounts owed and paid to your shop, including the bank transfer reference (UTR) of each payout.
Keeping your shop listed on Paasora may require an active partner plan. Plan payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. To create the payment, we send Cashfree your mobile number, a customer reference and the amount. You complete the payment in the Cashfree checkout.
Card numbers, UPI PINs and bank credentials are handled by Cashfree and are never collected or stored by Paasora Partner. We keep a record of each plan payment and invoice — amount, status, method, gateway reference and coverage period.
When a customer orders from or subscribes to your shop, Paasora Partner shows you the information you need to serve them: the customer’s name, mobile number, delivery address and map location, the items ordered, notes and delivery instructions, payment status, and your khata entries with them.
You receive this information only to fulfil orders and deliveries and to manage your khata with that customer. You must keep it confidential and must not sell it, share it, or use it for unrelated marketing. Calling or messaging a customer on WhatsApp from the app is done through your own phone and WhatsApp account.
We store the business records you create in the app: orders and their status, subscriptions and delivery rounds, quantity-change requests, khata entries and customer credit limits, and your sales summaries. These are shown in your dashboard and history, and the parts that concern a customer are also shown to that customer in the Paasora app.
With your permission, the app uses your device location while it is open, to place your shop on the map and to set your delivery area. It does not collect location in the background. You can also set your shop location by moving the map pin.
When you choose to add a shop, product or category photo, you can take a photo with the camera or pick one from your gallery. Only the photos you choose are uploaded. When you save your shop QR code, the app saves the image to your gallery; when you share it, your phone’s share sheet opens and you choose the app.
When you upload verification documents, you select the files with your phone’s file or photo picker. Only the files you choose are uploaded.
Maps in the app are displayed using Google Maps and map tiles from CARTO. To show a readable address or to search for a place, coordinates or search text are sent to Google Maps Platform or OpenStreetMap’s Nominatim service.
Paasora Partner sends push notifications about new orders, subscription changes, quantity-change requests, payouts and your partner plan. The app registers a notification token with Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (and Apple Push Notification service on iPhone). You can turn notifications off in your device settings, but you may then miss new orders.
The app reads basic information such as the app version, platform and operating system version to check for updates. Our servers keep technical logs, and server errors are reported to Sentry so we can fix them.
We use the information described above to:
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
We share information only as needed, with:
We may disclose information if required by law, by a court, by tax authorities or by a government authority, or to protect the rights, safety or security of our users, customers, the public or Paasora. If the Paasora business is merged, acquired or transferred, information may be transferred subject to protections consistent with this policy.
Information is stored on servers operated by us and our service providers. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), OTP-based sign-in with token-based sessions, encryption of bank account numbers, and access to documents and bank details limited to authorised personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can request deletion of your account from inside the app (Profile → Delete Account), or without the app at https://prestious.com/paasora/partner/delete-account. Either way you confirm with a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number.
Orders that are still in progress must be completed, declined or cancelled first, and refunds owed to customers must be marked as refunded, so that no customer is left waiting for an order or money. When you confirm the request:
Any payout still owed to you for completed online orders will be settled to your registered bank account. You may ask us to delete your verification documents and bank details earlier where the law allows.
Subject to applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can access and correct your account and shop information in the app, ask for a summary of the personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent by deleting your account, allow or refuse location, camera, photo and notification permissions, and raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer.
If you refuse a permission, only the feature that needs it is affected.
Paasora Partner is a business application for shop owners aged 18 or older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact support@prestious.com and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes or when needed for legal or operational reasons. The current version is always published at https://prestious.com/paasora/partner/privacy-policy, and the "Last Updated" date shows when it last changed. If you continue to use Paasora Partner after an update, the updated policy applies.
If you have any question, concern, complaint or request about this Privacy Policy or about Paasora Partner, please contact the developer:
Grievance Officer: in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, complaints or concerns about the processing of your information or about content on Paasora Partner can be sent to our Grievance Officer at support@prestious.com with the subject line “Grievance – Paasora Partner”.
