These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Paasora mobile application (package com.paasora) and related services, developed and operated by Prestious It Solution, Surat, Gujarat, India ("Paasora", "we", "us" or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account or using Paasora, you agree to these Terms and to the Paasora Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What Paasora Is

Paasora is a technology platform that connects customers with independent local shops ("Shops") that sell through the Paasora Partner app. Paasora lets you discover Shops that deliver to you, place orders, subscribe to regular deliveries, pay, and see your khata with a Shop.

Paasora is not the seller of the products listed in the app. Each Shop is an independent business that sells its own products, sets its own prices, prepares and delivers its own orders, and is responsible for the quality, safety, legality, labelling and freshness of what it sells. Your purchase contract for a product is with the Shop.

2. Eligibility and Your Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to use Paasora.
  • You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password. You are responsible for keeping your phone and OTPs secure and for all activity on your account.
  • The information you give us, including your name and delivery address, must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • One person may hold one account. You may not use another person’s account or number without permission.

3. Orders

  • An order is an offer to buy from a Shop. The Shop may accept or decline it — for example if an item is out of stock or your address is outside its delivery area. You will be told if your order is declined.
  • Product images and descriptions are provided by the Shop and are for guidance. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance, weight or packaging.
  • Prices, delivery fees and any free-delivery threshold are set by the Shop and are shown before you place the order. The total you see at checkout is the amount you pay.
  • Delivery times are estimates given by the Shop. Delays can happen because of weather, traffic, stock or other reasons outside the Shop’s control.
  • Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

4. Payments

  • You can pay online by UPI or pay on delivery, depending on what the Shop accepts.
  • Online payments are processed by our payment gateway partner, Cashfree Payments. Your order is confirmed once the payment is successful. If money is debited but the payment does not succeed, it is normally reversed to your account by your bank or the gateway according to their timelines.
  • For pay-on-delivery orders, you pay the Shop directly when the order is delivered.
  • If a Shop has given you khata (credit), the Shop may choose to record an order on your khata. See the Khata section below.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You can cancel an order in the app while it is still in the “placed” stage, before the Shop starts preparing it. After that, please contact the Shop.
  • If a Shop declines or cannot fulfil an order you have already paid for online, or you cancel a paid order while it can still be cancelled, the order is marked “refund pending” and the Shop refunds you directly. The order shows as refunded once the Shop confirms the refund.
  • If a product is missing, damaged, spoiled or different from what you ordered, raise it with the Shop as soon as possible after delivery. Perishable items should be reported the same day.
  • If you cannot resolve a refund or order problem with the Shop, contact us at support@prestious.com. We will help mediate between you and the Shop, but the final responsibility for the product and the refund lies with the Shop.

6. Subscriptions (Regular Deliveries)

  • You can subscribe to regular deliveries of a product by choosing the quantity, the days of delivery and a start date.
  • You can skip a delivery, request a different quantity for a day, pause, resume or cancel a subscription in the app. Changes must be made before the cut-off time the Shop sets for that product; after the cut-off, the delivery for that day goes ahead as planned.
  • A quantity-change request takes effect once the Shop approves it.
  • On dates the Shop marks as closed, no delivery is made and you are not charged for that day.
  • Subscription deliveries are charged according to the payment method agreed with the Shop, which may include recording them on your khata.
  • A Shop may stop a subscription, for example if it stops selling the product or it goes out of stock. You will see this in the app.

7. Khata (Credit)

  • Khata is credit given to you by a Shop, at the Shop’s discretion. The Shop decides whether to offer credit, sets your credit limit and may change or withdraw it.
  • Paasora is not a lender, bank or credit provider. Paasora only provides the tool that records the khata between you and the Shop.
  • Any amount on your khata is owed by you to the Shop, and you agree to pay it as agreed with the Shop. Deleting your Paasora account does not cancel an amount you owe.
  • If you believe a khata entry is wrong, raise it with the Shop first. We can help by showing the recorded history.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Place fake orders, or orders you do not intend to accept or pay for
  • Misuse offers, refunds or cash-on-delivery
  • Harass, abuse or threaten Shop owners or their delivery staff
  • Use Paasora for any unlawful purpose, or to buy products for resale where that is not permitted
  • Copy, reverse-engineer, scrape or interfere with the app or its servers, or try to access other users’ accounts or data

We may restrict or suspend your account if you break these Terms or if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

9. Intellectual Property

The Paasora name, logo, app, design and software belong to Prestious It Solution. Product names, photos and descriptions belong to the respective Shops or brand owners. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of it without our written permission.

10. Disclaimers

  • Paasora is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running smoothly but do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
  • We do not guarantee that any particular Shop will be available, will accept your order, or will deliver to your address.
  • We do not make any warranty about products sold by Shops. Any warranty, guarantee or claim about a product is between you and the Shop, or the manufacturer.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Paasora and Prestious It Solution are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from a product sold by a Shop, from a Shop’s delay or failure to deliver, or from a dispute between you and a Shop. Where we are found liable, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order through Paasora. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be limited by contract.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Prestious It Solution against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of Paasora, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13. Suspension and Termination

You can stop using Paasora and delete your account at any time from the More tab in the app. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if required by law, or if we stop offering the service. Sections that by their nature should continue — such as amounts owed to Shops, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — continue to apply after termination.

14. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may change or discontinue features of Paasora, and we may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published at https://prestious.com/paasora/terms-and-conditions with its “Last Updated” date. If you keep using Paasora after an update, you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting any legal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. Subject to your rights as a consumer, the courts at Surat, Gujarat, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Paasora.

16. Contact Us

If you have any question, concern, complaint or request about this Terms and Conditions or about Paasora, please contact the developer:
